“I wanted to take a moment to let you know about my recent experience with your body shop at Classic Chevrolet.
I dropped my vehicle off last Monday and there were some issues with a previous quote that I had received.  When I arrived I worked with Liz and she let me know that the quote was missing some necessary items.  I explained that my vehicle had been hit by an AT&T truck and that I had been wresting with them for months over getting the vehicle taken care of and that I was weary to leave the vehicle since AT&T had been so unresponsive in the past.  Liz assured me that she would get it taken care of.  And to my delight, she was as good as her word.

Over the past months it has taken weeks and weeks for me to get any kind of response from AT&T. Liz took the bull by the horns and my additional repairs were approved and my vehicle is back good as new. It has become a rare occurrence that you find folks who are willing to go the extra mile for their customer.
